All payments are final and non-refundable except as provided in this policy or required by applicable law.

Refunds may be considered under the following limited circumstances:

  • Service Inaccessibility: 48+ hours of downtime due to technical issues on our end.
  • Incorrect Plan Charges: Mistaken charge for an unselected plan or feature.

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Unused message credits or subscription time.
  • Service interruptions caused by WhatsApp platform changes.
  • Misuse or violation of our Terms of Service.
  • User errors or misunderstanding of platform usage.
