These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of WeRelay, a messaging infrastructure platform that facilitates the sending and managing of messages over WhatsApp. By accessing or using WeRelay, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, do not access or use WeRelay.

Definitions

  • "WeRelay" refers to the software application and platform developed and operated by Welncept Solutions Private Limited.
  • "User", "You", or "Your" means any individual or legal entity using WeRelay.
  • "Service" refers to the messaging services and infrastructure provided by WeRelay via WhatsApp.

Eligibility

To use WeRelay, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.
  • Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract.
  • Use the platform in compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
3.

Account Registration and Use

  • You may be required to register and maintain an account to access certain features of WeRelay.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You agree not to share your account with others or use another user's account.
4.

Permitted Use

You agree to use WeRelay solely for legitimate business or communication purposes and in compliance with WhatsApp's policies. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Sending unsolicited or spam messages.
  • Distributing harmful, abusive, or misleading content.
  • Violating privacy or data protection laws.

WeIncept Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be in violation of these Terms.

Third-Party Integration (WhatsApp)

  • WeRelay operates by integrating with WhatsApp's Business APIs.
  • You acknowledge and agree to comply with WhatsApp's Business and Commerce Policies.
  • WeIncept Solutions is not responsible for any decisions made by WhatsApp to restrict or ban access to its platform.

Data Privacy and Security

We are committed to protecting your data. Your use of WeRelay is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and secure your data. By using the service, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described.

7.

Intellectual Property

  • All rights, title, and interest in WeRelay, including all source code, features, and branding, are the exclusive property of WeIncept Solutions.
  • You may not modify, reverse engineer, or resell the platform or any portion thereof without express written consent.
8.

Service Availability and Modifications

We endeavor to provide uninterrupted access to WeRelay. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (in whole or part) with or without notice.

9.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeIncept Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of WeRelay, including but not limited to messaging delivery failures, third-party service issues, or security breaches.

10.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WeRelay at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to other users or to WeIncept Solutions.

11.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
